Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be completed in full before orders are processed and shipped.

Order Processing & Shipping

Our standard build time is approximately 10 days. Shipping times vary based on destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.

Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in original condition. Custom orders and personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.

Warranty Coverage

All TrailGear Adventure products come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers:

Material defects in workmanship
Hardware failures under normal use
Stitching and construction issues

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage caused by: improper use, accidents, modifications, normal wear and tear, or exposure to extreme conditions beyond product specifications.

Repair Services

We offer repair services for gear damaged during adventures. Repair costs vary based on the extent of damage and required materials.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be resolved through binding arbitration in St. Albert, Alberta, in accordance with the Canadian Arbitration Association rules.

Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the provincial or federal courts located in Edmonton, Alberta.
